5th Annual “Common Good Award” Goes To: Greenwood Credit Union!

Named best in the community among mid-sized employers for 2022

The Common Good Awards are presented by Rhode Island Monthly Magazine in partnership with the Rhode Island Foundation. This program recognizes Rhode Island businesses that inspire philanthropy in their employees by encouraging staff to go into the community and help.

Greenwood Credit Union was nominated for this award by Westbay Community Action for the philanthropic work our employees have done throughout this past year. Our group efforts to support Leadership Rhode Island, Multiple Sclerosis Society, A Wish Come True, and of course West Bay Community Action in a number of activities bring our Core Values to life. This award recognizes that the efforts of the Greenwood team truly make a difference in the lives of others. The spirit, energy and actions of our employee volunteers motivate this achievement, and more importantly, support our neighbors in need.
