New Bill Pay Enhancement
Now Available
November,2024 – On November 8th we are looking forward to the rollout of our new bill pay system. The new system is being enhanced with a new look, which allows for more/improved features and benefits to our members.
Couple Key Reminders
- All current information will be automatically transferred into the new system. This includes all billers that are already set up in the system, all bills scheduled to go out, all reoccurring bills going forward, etc. Members will not have to reenter this information.
- Members will access Bill Pay in the same way they do today.
- Members will be able to toggle between the new and old version of Bill Pay for the next 30 days.
- There should be no service interruption due to this change.
Features Available with New Bill Pay
- Add, View, and Edit Billers—Members can add, view, and edit billers.
- Make Single and Multiple Payments—Members can make a single payment and, for desktop and tablet users, several payments at the same time.
- Activate, View, Pay, and Manage eBills—Members can activate eBill-eligible billers and view, pay, or manage eBills received.
- Set Up Autopay for eBills and for Recurring Payments—Members can add and manage eBill and recurring-payment Autopay plans.
- Add Reminders—Email reminder options are presented when setting up eBills and Autopay. Users also can set up personal (manual) reminders, which will show in the PAY BILLS screen under Upcoming bills (for example, Due Sep 24).
- View and Manage Payment Activity—Members can view and manage payment activity.
- View Biller Categories—Members can view a category assigned to a biller.
- Add Groups, Assign Billers to Groups, and Manage Groups—Members can set up biller groups, assign billers to those groups, and manage biller groups.
- Download Activity Data—Members can download activity data in CSV format and have the option to source the download from multiple accounts. The formatting of the download has changed slightly (for example, the columns are sorted differently from how they were sorted before.

Alerts and Notifications – Effective communication plays a pivotal role in maintaining your financial well-being. Our alert and notification system empowers members to customize and monitor their accounts according to their preferences. This enhancement offers the flexibility to receive automatic updates through various channels, including text messages, push notifications, or emails. Whether it’s staying informed about account balances, address changes, or any other pertinent updates, rest assured that Greenwood and our Alerts and Notifications system have you covered.
Statements – Accessing comprehensive account information effortlessly is paramount. With this enhancement, members can conveniently locate, view, and print statements for their accounts directly through our online and mobile platforms. Our latest statement feature empowers you to access crucial account details anytime, anywhere, ensuring information is readily available at your fingertips, around the clock, every day of the year.
Bill Pay – Imagine a bill pay system that not only consolidates all your payments in one convenient location but also takes the initiative to identify and recommend additional bill payments on your behalf. This enhancement does just that. Enjoy the ease of our existing bill pay system and easily add others through this streamlined process.
